    Fume treatment plant project for a significant improvement of the medical waste incinerator emissions. The installed technologies allow an effective pollution control, which remain well below the limits imposed by law, protecting environment and citizens.

    Distilleria Balice – Valenzano (Bari)

    The filtration system is constituted by a wet electrofilter, which is a safe and efficient solution particularly regarding the drying systems.
    After this treatment the maximum concentration in the emissions of dust is less than 30 mg / Nm³ (with average expected values around 20 mg/Nm³), thereby complying with the limits imposed by the law.
    The system is also dimensioned for the future inclusion of a 12 t/h steam biomass boiler with a flow rate of 31,000 Nm³/h of flue gas.

    The filtration system is constituted by a wet electrofilter preceded by a scrubbers, which is a safe and efficient solution.
    After this treatment the maximum dust concentration in the emissions is less than 10 mg / Nm³ (with average expected values around 5 mg / Nm³), thereby complying with the imposed limits.

    Distillerie D’Auria – Ortona, Chieti

    The fumes coming from the pomace drying are purified before being discharged into the atmosphere, through the use of a wet electrofilter with a catchment surface area of 1.197 m2.
    The purified fumes are conveyed to the chimney for their dispersion into the atmosphere.
    The electrofilter discharge water is sent to a 6.5 m circular diameter decanter and subsequently used for the washing of the marc.
