    Tozzi Industries – Bologna

    Project for the construction of a biogas power plant for the production of electricity fed with corn silage.
    The plant has an input flow rate of biomass of 48 t / d with a biogas production amounted to 500 Nmc / h, which will supply a cogenerator of electric power equal to 999kWe
    This plant was built with a section of the digestate separation that can recirculate at the head of the plant only the “useful” digested part without the fibrous and lignin part that might create obstacles in the process of anaerobic digestion.

    FAT – Trestina Perugia

    Construction of a plant for the production of electrical and thermal energy fed with biogas produced from biomass.
    This plant, located in the town of Citta di Castello managed by Consorzio Cooperativo Virginia Trade, is designed to produce renewable energy heating the service district units of Bonsciano and public and private activities of the village of Trestina.
    The plant requires about 20,000 tons of the raw material, produced directly by the members of the Cooperative; the radius of supply is within 30km from the plant, and therefore it gives rise to a real short chain.
    The production of biogas is 500 Nmc / h, which serves to feed No. 1 cogenerator of the maximum electrical power of 999kWe with a production of about 8,000,000 kWh / year of electricity.

    Distillerie Mazzari S.p.A. – Ravenna

    Project for the installation of two biogas CHP at Distilleries Mazzari SpA for the simultaneous generation of electricity and heat. The distillery is equipped with its own anaerobic digestion plant with a maximum production of biogas around 1.110mc / h. The system consists of n. Two motor-generators of electric power up to 1.131kWe each. Each engine is equipped with a plate heat exchanger of 700kWt for the production of hot water, at the service of the production cycle of the plant.

    Caviro Distillerie Srl – Faenza

    Construction of a new plant for anaerobic digestion with biomass, used for the production of biogas and then electricity by generator potential equal to 999 kWel, wholly independent of the existing installations in the settlement of Caviro Distilleries. The plant is powered by about 219 ton / day of sludge with an average production of about 200 Ton / day of digestate; the daily average production value of biogas is equal to about 11.000 Nmc / d which determine an hourly production rate of electricity equal to about 990 kWe. The plant was designed in the choice of volumes, mixing systems, technologies of waste transport and the areas devoted to biomass storage, assuming that Caviro Distilleries can deal also mixtures of agricultural biomass, having a higher dry matter content, if in the future will have the need to meet the demands of the own social apparatus agricultural world.

    Project for the installation of a power generator in order to generate electricity; This is primarily used in the distillery reaching one of the most important strategic goals to be competitive in the distillation field, while the remained is sold. The biogas production from anaerobic digestion existing is about 500mc / h, which supplies the motor generator from the maximum electrical output of 844kW. The annual production of electricity is about 5,300,000 kWh / year

    FAT – Città di Castello

    Project of a plant for the production of biogas in favor of Fattoria Autonoma Tabacchi fed with agricultural biomass for the production of electrical and thermal energy.
    The biomass used is corn silage and triticale that are stored in special trenches. The treated biomass are approximately 22.000ton / a with a biogas production amounted to 500Nmc / h.
    The radius of biomass supply is 100% within 5km from the plant and it is provided by FAT members creating an effective short chain.
    The motor generator installed is able to generate electricity of up to 998kWe with an annual output of about 7.700MWh / year.

    Cades Pendes – Barcelona – Spain

    Implementation of the executive project for the construction of a plant for electricity production from biogas in the area of Barcelona, Spain. The stillage to be purified, discharged from production plants (distillation plants of the marc, wine lees) are conveyed by means of special internal and sewer pipes in a collection tank. From there they are sent through to a lung stillage pumping station near the digesters. The stillage is then taken from the tank by means of pumps and sent to the plant for the treatment.

    Distilleria Bertolino – Partinico (Palermo)

    Project in the authorization phase for the creation of a two stage anaerobic digestion system at the service of the distillery.This type of system will allow at the same time a considerable energy recovery through production of biogas usable as alternative and renewable fuel for the production of electricity and steam necessary for the plant internal use and the production of soil improver.The treated waste will amount to about 1,500 cm/d and the plant will be made up of 3 digesters of 6,000 cubic meters.The production of biogas is of about 28,800 Nm³/d.

    Green Farm – Ancona

    Realization of a plant for Azienda Agraria Green Farm located in Osimo, for the production of electrical energy of the power of 0.99 MWe, powered by renewable sources with a biogas production from a short chain and with heat recovery.
    The production of electricity then occurs with the use of renewable raw materials (corn silage, sorghum, triticale, pig slurry and manure), it follows than a good neutral effect on the budget of carbon dioxide.
    The energy recovery, consists in the production of electrical energy through an electrical generator driven by an internal combustion engine supplied by the biogas produced. The electrical output is added to the recovery of thermal energy in cogeneration using the heat of the engine cooling. Is therefore produced hot water at temperatures of 80 ~ 85 ∞C. This is primarily used to heat and maintain the methanogenic fermentation inside the digester.

    Distillerie Vinicas – Santiago – Chile

    Executive design to equip the distillery and the tartrates beam, of a sewage treatment plant with anaerobic digestion in double stage, combined with a sludge separation through a flotation system. It follows an oxidative phase at low load that allows to optimally treat the plant discharges. The efficiency of the anaerobic phase has been pushed hard to ensure the best possible performance.

    Distillerie Bonollo – Conselve (Padova)

    Installation of a biogas motor generator in order to produce both electricity and heat at Distilleria Bonollo Umberto SpA. The electricity produced and heat recovery are primarily used in the factory in order to have a significant improvement in productivity and competitiveness of the distillery. The biogas produced by the existing anaerobic digestion is about 350mc / h that power a motor generator with maximum power of 625kWe able to generate an annual production of electricity of around 3,500,000 kWh / a.

    Distillerie Bonollo – Anagni (Frosinone)

    Project for the installation of two biogas motor generators for the simultaneous production of electricity and heat at Distillerie Bonollo Spa in Lazio.
    The installation of the motor generators results in a substantial improvement for the distillery as it has the production of electrical energy which is used mainly within the factory, and the recovery of heat from the motor-generator which is used in the production process of the distillery.
    The biogas produced by anaerobic digestion existing is about 500mc / h, and will feed the two motor generators of a maximum power of 835kWe with an annual output of about 8,500,000 kWh / year.

    La collinetta Az. Agr. (Mantovagricoltura) – Mantova

    Project for the realization of a biogas power plant for power generation supplied with OFMSW.
    The plant has a biomass input capacity of 75 t/d with a biogas production of 500 Nmc/h that supplies a 999kWe electric power cogenerator.
    This plant initially operating at silomais has been adapted to digest OFMSW as well. Before being entered in the digesters, OFMSW is previously treated by special machines that extract plastics, sand, and other solid inerts.

    Distilleria D.E.T.A. – Barberino val d’elsa (Firenze)

    Project for the installation of a biogas power generator to produce electricity and heat at Distillerie DETA s.r.l. . The distillery was already equipped with anaerobic digestion with an average biogas production of about 200Nmc / h. The biogas produced is used to power a motor generator whose maximum power is 625kW with an annual output electricity amounting to 3,000,000 kWh / a. In addition, the engine is equipped with a plate heat exchanger from 338kWt for the production of hot water at 90 C° in service for the distillery’s production processes.

    Distillerie Di Lorenzo – Ponte Valleceppi (Perugia)

    Project for the construction of a new cogeneration plant with production of electricity and heat from biogas.
    The distillery was already equipped with an anaerobic digestion plant with a total production of biogas of about 1.250mc / h; the anaerobic section is divided into two independent plants: a two-stage anaerobic digestion with production of biogas equal to 800Nmc / h and a single-stage anaerobic digestion with production of biogas equal to 450Nmc / h.
    The project involved the installation of a new 999 kW cogenerator reaching therefore a better use of energy from biogas produced by the anaerobic digestion single stage (450Nmc / h).
    The production of electricity is in total about 7,824,000 kWh / a.

    Executive Project for a Biogas plant from water treatment for R.A.E.B.L. In Canada. The civil purification sludge is extracted from the existing tank which will then be used as a sludge supply. In the digesters, sludge is digested through the anaerobic digestion process in double stage, under thermal mesophilic conditions, with temperatures around 39 ° / 40 ° C.

    AMI Azienda Multiservizi Intercomunali – Imola (Bologna)

    Project for the expansion of the electricity production from landfill biogas.
    The plant already had two units of production of 180kWe and 330kWe; as a result of the need for the landfill expansion, and therefore an increase of the biogas production, it is planned to install a cogenerator of the maximum power of 725kWe powered by a flow of biogas equal to 428Nmc / h.
    The overall power of the groups thus amount to 1,325 kWe with an absorption of biogas equal to 727Nmc / h.
    Being AMI already producing and distributing electricity, all the energy produced by the cogeneration plant can be directly fed into the urban distribution network owned.
