Tartaric Acid and Tartrate Production Plants

The production of Natural Tartaric acid and Tartrate by Distillery Mazzari got the “Kosher” and the “Halal” certification, since it met the requirements dictated food from Jewish Orthodox and Islamic religion.
The acid is used in several sectors, from cosmetics to construction, until the pharmaceutical and food industry.
